The title of the original song(s) and the game it's from
To Zanarkand, Suteki Da Ne, and A Fleeting Dream - Final Fantasy X

Name of the original composer(s)/artist(s)
Nobuo Uematsu

Is this a cover, tribute, or medley?

Medley

Description
This is an orchestral arrangement combining two songs from Final Fantasy 10 (one of which is itself an arrangement of another track from the same game). I primarily used Ableton Live and Spitfire Audio VSTs to make this track (there's a full list of gear/plugins on the Itch.io page). I'm quite happy with how well I was able to make one song flow into the next, given that they were originally in different keys!

This is quite beautiful and I agree with the comments below that this felt like it was supposed to be one song. I really like the soft piano throughout with the building strings underneath. This song had momentum throughout and felt like a story was being told. Great work!

Nice arrangement. I agree you did a great job transitioning the two songs because I didn't notice it at all!

I love a good medley. I got to listen to this one in my car, on my way to work this morning and it was a soothing ride <3  At the time I didn't know it was a medley, so when I heard Suteki Da Ne come in, I was very excited. I've listened to it 2 more times since. You've connected these pieces in a way where they feel like they were meant to be one. Great job!

Very nice!  You made the different themes flow together seamlessly.

This was a lovely, well-paced medley! The flow felt like it was going from a lullaby into a dream

Thank you! I spent quite a lot of the back half of the jam messing with the pacing/dynamics, so I'm really glad it paid off :)
