Welcome to the Dream! - definitely my favorite. I don't even know why... he probably has a simple and catchy melody, huh)

GAME DESCRIPTION: DreamBound is a fake game about a person named Eden. Who is a trapped in another realm thanks to their imagination. And only has 8 hours before to leave or be stuck forever!
--
GAME STORY: Eden is fed up with all the responsibilities and worries that life has brought them ever since they started adulthood. And just wishes to be back in a time where the only worry was what shirt to wear at school.
They end up getting more than what they bargained for one faithful night and wakes up in world that is full of wonder. From heroes of the comics they'd read to people that they so dearly missed. Despite the alluring nature of the world, Eden realizes that they can't just leave the life they have in the real world and wants to return. And are informed that the exit gate is on the other side of the realm.
But time is running as they are also told they only have 8 hours to pass through the all the sub-worlds to get to the exit. Gaining assistance from heroes and close friends, Eden is more than determined to get to the other side!

SONG DESCRIPTIONS:
1. DreamBound- This is the theme of the game. But more specifically, Eden is the one playing this! Playing the piano is one of the ways they vent. And it is through this vent playing and wishful thinking that is just enough for them to get transported.
2. Welcome to the Dream!-This theme plays when Eden wakes up in the world that was made in their image. And is greeted by all kinds of people.
3. Land of Spires and Wind- This the first world theme. Which is filled with mountains and abandoned buildings. With the final destination being a church that leads to the next world.
4. Land of Springs and Metronomes-This is the theme of the last world. Which is filled with clockwork inventions and clocks. As Eden and their crew wander, a clock ticks reminding them of the little time Eden has before they are trapped forever.
5. Credits- After saying their goodbyes, Eden is finally back in the real world. Now with a better sense of self and purpose, Eden is ready to face any future challenges and takes them head on!

Theme
How does it fit the theme?
The game takes place in a world that was made from Eden's mind. Everything in the world tempts Eden to stay forever.

Chiptune done right! Nice job, it was super enjoyable to listen to the whole OST.
Very nicely done, track 2's straight out of a Wario Land game, I like it! Seeing as you've got Game Boy tunes and more realistic instruments in other tracks, I'm interested as to what console this game would be for. Really good fun though - whatever the game is, it's a smiler!
Credits had me imagining firing up my old GameBoy Color to play some Pokemon Yellow after school. Mission Accomplished!
Great work!
Love it! Really enjoyed your descriptions of the tracks too. Favorite track: Welcome to the Dream
It does well to capture that dream-like, imaginative vibe :)
The credits theme reminds me of the first/second gen Pokemon games. Very fun listen!
The contrast between short sounds in the accompaniment and sustained sounds in the melody adds a lot to Land of Springs and Metronomes
On the other hand, in the credits music, I didn't expect that at 0:32 and 0:36sec. Super cool!
Well done!
"Welcome to the Dream!" made me feel like a kid playing Pokemon Red :) Enjoyed your use of harmony, very well informed movements and emotions contained within them!!
You could definitely hear the intention of an old school RPG. It sounded like a really sweet and endearing adventure. Very nice!
Love the sound fonts you’re using for this sound track. Getting big Toby Fox vibes while listening through! Really like how you’re connecting the music to in-game events eg. Eden playing the song on piano before they’re transported! Well done!
i really liked the track! i especially liked track 3 and track 5. track 3 reminds me of something you'd hear in a 3d mario game, good job!
