Description
I've used musescore (download at musescore.org) and follow my mind as I hum bits of tune with the theme as a guide.

Theme

Inside my world
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
It is light at the start and gets louder and harsher with more dramatic effect. This is to represent the good and bad side of the world. This picture for theme 2 is shown as the happy, light and carefree bits.

Lovely orchestral piece this, and it has some really beautiful themes that would be amazing to have more developed. Well done!

Good job with the orchestration, I feel it lacked some variety and effects to make it more "alive", but it's a good starting point. Better VST and some changes here and there, and you are done. Anyway, good job!

Day 5 of Rating Submissions With Few Ratings to Hopefully Get Some in Return

I will, preface this by saying that rating Musescore Midi is a bit hard for me, as I would never feel comfortable putting that sound into a video game. Having said that, I will do my best to rate your composition as just that.

I think your harmonic part wriiting is solid and I appreciate the attempts to build tension with a contrast between stagnant sectiond and more vivid and angular ones. Having said that, I would try to maybe revisit material more often, so it feels like ideas are more developed upon. You often see this kind of writing in trailer music where the emotional beats can shift on a dime, but without accompanying video, it is tough to understand why emotional shifts are happening. I think tightening up the structural and thematic elements could really bring this composition to the next level - that and orchestrating it with a better VST, of course.

Always refreshing to see good orchestral composition, especially in the gaming scene. I like the usage of Musescore as a full on DAW (which I too used personally to compose my entry). I like the repetitive notes of various instruments to build tension and grant the piece more feeling of authority. A really solid entry overall !

I would really appreciate if you could rate my entry too !

Thanks

That's fascinating,  I've never used Musescore as the full DAW to build note by note from scratch.  My intersection with MuseScore is to use my Roland FA-08 and export a midi after manually performing, then generate a PDF score off the midi file.  I applaud all the hard work that must have been.  Much respect!

I liked the part near the end with the guitars and flute. I thought the middle part was a little repetitive.
