Description
Analog half: assorted classical/analog sounding dance music for some sort of fighter or rhythm game. composed as score first, then produced in LMMS

Digital half: created in FL Studio

Message from the artist:
A duel between two clockbots.

We were inspired by the tick tock word. We took it and turn into a dancing battle between analog and digital clock.

It does fit with rhythm mottifs that imitates the sound of tick tock and then after creating the personality of the characters put them against each other.

Theme:

Tick Tock...

How does it fit the theme?
the drum almost always uses a "tick tock" sort of beat. The characters that the songs are about are themed after clocks.

An interesting use of the recurrent motif throughout the soundtrack. Love the idea of two battling clockbots; their names make me imagine they are both esteemed nobles of some sort of steampunk city. The music itself gives me Tenpei Sato (Disgaea, La Pucelle, etc) vibes in the dynamic nature of the compositions; constantly evolving with lots going on and never letting a single note become stale. Overall, very cool little soundtrack that was fun to listen to, nice work!

This concept is really cool musically! I could really feel the difference between the digital lord Tockula and the analog Lady Bellticks (those names x)

The last song slaps, the mix of the two worlds coexists very well. Great execution on this finale! :)

This is such a creative idea! I love how you convey the contrast between analog and digital through your choice of instruments/sound. The tick-tocking beats were a nice touch that consistently cemented your music's connection to the jam's theme. Very polished and well done!

I really like the concept and how Countdown Showdown is a blend of both the analog and digital clockbots. So beautifully written! Well done!

A lot of great ideas! Loved the mix in Countdown Showdown which is my favorite track, and really liked how punchy the first track feels

Digital Clock VS. Alarm Clock? WHY ISN'T THIS IDEA WORTH LIKE A MILLION BUCKS ALREADY!?

This is super creative! I like juxtaposition between the styles of the characters, and how they're combined in the final track. It really sells the rivalry between them (with the last track kind of feeling like the battle itself).

I also want to say that I really like the art that you used, it's both kinda cute but really cool at the same time.

Good job!

Show post...

If the idea didn't had a face, Haasio make it become real!!! She's the talented artist behind the sax lines and beautiful orchestration, and of course the cover!
