Description
I can describe the genre of my soundtracks as Ambient with elements of symphonic music. I can say that I was guided by the music of the game Ori and the Blind Forest. Each track represents a certain mood of the season. For example: Winter, with its snowstorms and cold, I tried to show in an agitated state, Summer, on the contrary, in a more calm and pensive mood. In Autumn, I added a little meloncholy and thoughtfulness, and in Spring, moderate joy and liveliness. I composed each work based on the logical moods of each season, as well as the impulse of my emotions. I wrote the music in Cubase, the tempo of the compositions was different, from 80 bpm to 140 bpm. It took about 2-3 days to write each track with various edits.

Nice job! I really enjoyed listening to these. I don’t know if this was intentional, but I noticed that a lot of your melodies either refuse to resolve or resolve so quickly you can barely savor it. It had this effect of creating tension that pulled me in, waiting for that one note to fall when it rose, or rise when it fell. It was most apparent in your Summer track, and I felt that it was done well!
Autumn: I think that your chord progression helps set the mood that you are trying to go for by ending on the minor chord giving a melancholy feeling. I think it’s interesting that you chose to use rising arpeggios throughout this track which is different from many of the other “Fall” tracks that use descending lines, but I think this kind of gives this a warmer feel as if this represents an early Fall day or end of Summer day injecting some optimism into the track.
Spring: You set up a grand cinematic track here and think your melodies evoke the feeling of spring well. The orchestral percussion gives a nice calm but driving undertone to your music. The high pedal synth pad glues everything together and adds to the light atmosphere. I think the electric guitar contrasts with the orchestral foundation you set up, but it does add a little energy that feels like springtime and I like that the piano takes over in the following repeat.
Winter: The falling string ostinato is reminiscent of snow falling and the upbeat tempo feels a little like shivering. The choral sounds are very well-produced and add a magical and optimistic cinematic quality to this track.
Summer: This is a very soothing track with some great chords. I am a big fan of the sound your created with the bass drum and falling bass sound indicating a new section of the song. The delay of the piano adds a cool ethereal effect to the track. This track captures the feeling of an early summer morning before the high energy day begins.
Overall: You did a great job evoking different emotions and situational imagery from each separate track. They all have a very pleasant cinematic quality to them. This is some great ambient music. Thank you for sharing!

Very nice work! Your orchestration hits the mark really well. The moods of each season are so grand and immersive. The ideas are also really well-connected across the tracks. The mix is a little uneven at times, but overall it sounds great.

Yoooo, when that choir comes in on around the 1 minute mark on "Winter"! Gorgeous! Great mixing and mastering, this whole score just sounds nice and crisp, not a harsh moment the whole time, smooth as butter. Also, cool variations while still maintaining that orchestral sound throughout.
