Very nice game! I included it in my Open Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Wow, thanks for taking the time to play our game and all the others from this game jam! I'll definitely have to watch the video series!

Great game! Very mysterious, I hope I played it right. The hands of the actors are bit oversized, I first thought the detective was wearing boxing gloves. I navigated first with the cursor keys, which works, but it upsets the console messages when you go up. I switched to using wasd keys which got rid of the problem.

Developer

Thank you! Sorry about the confusion with the control keys, we did set them to wasd, which is explained on the game page (but isn't on the game jam page so I can understand the confusion!).

Interesting! Got two different endings and judging by the source files there's at least one more. Nice art and the audio creates a decent mood, although sound effects would've helped a lot.

Developer

Yes, there are three possible endings! Thanks for the feedback about the sound effects, I think we will try and add more and increase the volume for some of the existing sounds.

Went to get the last ending and this time I noticed the footstep sound effect, although they were a bit quiet compared to the music. Perhaps my volume was a bit too low last time.

Developer(+1)

Yeah admittedly they are kind of hard to hear over the music, especially depending on where in the loop the music is. When we were making the game we wanted more of a "wait a second did I just hear footsteps", but I think we ended up making them a bit too quiet. Thanks for letting us know!
