Great submission!  The art style is very appealing, and I liked the variety of upgrades.  It seems like putting a ton of points into fire rate is the way to go. I also noticed you can get a negative fire rate if you continue putting points in after it's maxed out, though it didn't seem to affect the firing from what I could tell.
