Really like this! That run animation is super satisfying and only scoring from near misses is a great design choice. Added a real risk / reward element, which made me want to keep trying for higher scores. Good work!
The deceptively sharp graphics is the highlight here. I couldn't believe this game has smooth animation on top of adhering to the 3310 limitations.
The the smaller sprites mean players has more time to react at the start and really speed up later. Not to mention the screen can fit more of them at once.
The lighting fast restart is a huge plus as well.
I played this game via the android download and the Nokia overlay is ingenious.
This game is truly timeless. I will play this game on Google Play Games if you decide to release it there. 10/10
A fun little game, I like the animation of the character, it is obvious they are in a hurry :D It'd be fun to gain 10 points when getting hit by an icicle, just to reward the extreme closeness while also finishing the game.
The idea is good, instead of dodging the spikes, you have to be near them. For me, surprisingly, the start was always the hardest, because mostly small spikes fell down and they are the hardest, since you don't know what part of them is dangerous and where it is too far. Maybe the hitboxes of the spikes 'collecting' area could've been bigger. After dying a few times the death screen also became a bit annoying, because it took quite some time and then I'd have to wait a few seconds until many (big) spikes fell again. But I also have to say that the player animation was funny and the death animation was also good.
the game is fast and cool! very simple but a very good job.. maybe i'd put less falling spikes in the start or a slower progression because it turn hard very very fast! btw great job!
