Great job submitting a game! The idea feels fresh and I love the visuals. The monsters animations feel particularly satisfying and give me perfect nostalgic arcade vibes. The game was pretty challenging for me. Took me awhile to finally save 100% of the city. It was frustrating when I only had a couple rooms left but it felt like I couldn't get any progress to stick. One gameplay thought I had was maybe you could build reinforcements faster the further into the room you are... it would be a risk vs reward type of scenario. The building taking the same amount of time no matter how fast I pressed "u" disappointed me a bit but it definitely adds to the drama by creating nail biting moments + difficulty :) As everyone else was saying love the soundtrack! Thanks for participating!
As everyone says, the soundtrack is damn good. The Ai of the monster is cool as well. Love how it lingers around certain parts of the building and then goes straight for parts of it which aren't completely upgraded by you. My max score is 50%. I kinda wish you had more than 1 hp and that the player himself stood out a little more from the environment when parts of the building got completely destroyed. One major annoyance was when there was only one section of the building left and me and the monster were pretty much at a stalemate since he'd destroy the section as soon as I upgraded it a little. Still, this is a really great little arcade game and with this kind of scope and execution, I can definitely imagine it as an actual game on the Nokia
hey, thanks for your feedback there. We had a whole orchestra arranged for the music but then realised it’s a 1bit tone-no-tone type of scheme, so just used the beeper and it turned out allight 😎 The stalemate situation is a bit of pain. There would be more features and options available if we decided to turn this into a full game title. If we keep getting positive feedback, we’ll let you know on our itch page, so pls follow us
Great gameidea! You need a couple of tries to figure the game out, but after that it’s fun to run around the arena, fixing up the damage and trying to build the tower.
This title is fun, and I could imagine myself playing it for a long time if I had it on this mobile as a child. The fact that it reminds me of Kong is a plus too!
The first few times I played, I didn't [u]nderstand what I was doing, so I saved 0% of the city, after that, I played a few times where I could save 12% of it.
Just a random thought: Is the city only this one building?~
hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. The Kong reference is a nice one 😎 As far as the building size, our team of Nokia engineers couldn’t pack more stories into a 3310.
There is a slignt chance, if the concept makes it’s way to a full title, we could fit a whole city into a ps5/xbox version 🔥
It wasn't clear which dots represent the player, so when I first started up the game, it looked like an intro was playing and then a game over screen. I would recommend any materials you present as instructions reflect the game, including starting the player character in the spot where the main screenshots show the player character being.
I had this problem too, but it didn't bother me once I realized where the player character is. I think it's kind of cute and okay considering the screen size.
@madbatgames since main character is too tiny, maybe you make him a bit bigger, but that might make him unrealistically sized compared the building to be worth it. @kimiyoribaka's suggestion is good too, you can show the player character standing on the same place he does at the start on the level, but do so in a way nothing around him for a few seconds before the level starts & the background shows up.
The game is challenging but not frustrating, the difficulty comes from the repairs being reset each time the monster comes back and the one hit kill. I think a note about lift controls would be good idea but decent entry overall.
very glad you enjoyed playing. Thanks fot the feedback :]
It is the instant death times these days. When we make this into a full commercial title, we'd take all the feedback into account to polish the gameplay and make it more fun
hey, thanks for you feedback. We may rethink the instructions into some sort of entry tutorial level of sorts to make it clear how the game works. If we turn this info a full title one day 🤘🏻
It took me some time to understand how game works, but I've succeeded to save 75% of city which I'm proud of :DD You need to be dexterous and concentrated to pass, which is cool - we love challenges! Funny game, pleasant soundtrack. Well done!

Really fun game! I included it in my Nokia 3310 Jam 4 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Awesome music and sounds! Cool Wreck it Ralph concept and quite challenging.
hey, thanks 😎🍿
I absolutely love the music and visuals! They're really impressive. The gameplay is also very fun and intense
many thanks! We’re thinking about turning this into a full, feature-packed title. There will be a sound track redesign in place 😎

Cool idea, and I love the presentation / sound track!
I definitely felt that my upgrades didn’t really make too much of a difference; I never managed to save more than a room of the city…
Hey, thanks for the feedback. Keep playin, we’re positive you can push it past 50% with a bit of practice.
and keep out of that monster out there 😬

Thanks! No tutorial meaning you learn as you play (and keep dying to begin with)
Every proper gamer should keep until doing 100%, tho. Would you please try harder :}
For sure, will try to reach 100% :D
all and any feedback will be greatly appreciated
xx
Finally released!! Have fun, guys
