• Gameplay The controls were simple and clearly indicated. I really liked the simplicity of the game, and how clear the goal was from the get go. Good resource management gameplay, and fun concept! Creativity and Innovation Absolutely loved the way you used the theme and built gameplay around it. It was unique and a good way to involve the player directly. Theme Adherence Amazing! Direct connection to the theme, and applied through gameplay itself. I felt very involved and that is the goal of any good game designer, so very good job on all fronts there! Playability and User Experience I think there is a balance to be struck between realistic behaviors and enjoyable gameplay. For the most part, the game was interesting and very fun to learn and play! But turning the boat gave me issues hehe I do know however that this is exactly the kind of gameplay some audiences look for, and me not being good at it isn't an indicator that it's bad if it's what you were aiming for! Art and Design Beautiful art, beautiful assets, very good vibe that fit the universe you set your game in. It was a complete whole, from art to music and gameplay everything worked together perfectly. The boat's behavior in the water as well was very immersive, I loved to watch it bob up and down. Overall Fun Factor Despite struggling to manoeuver the boat, I had a lot of fun connecting all the islands! It's a nice relaxing game that makes me want to sit by a window and drink tea.
