  • Thanks for joining our jam! The concept of the game is very simple, not a lot going on gameplay wise to make it very interesting or unique. The sounds were grating on my ears, since the jump button would spam the sound repeatedly in a jarring fashion. The pickups sounds also repeated on themselves multiple times, and the sound for losing the level was louder than the other sounds by a good amount. I also am not sure of the choice to include the music in the start menu, but not during the actual gameplay itself. The environment wasn't very interesting to look at, since the colors were just different shades of brown in a bunch of clouds. The chocolates being brown as well just made it all kind of blend together. There's not really a lot of UI to talk about either, and I'm a little confused as to why the game has the fps counter in the upper right, and why it's capped at 20 fps. I understand the goal of the game is to be comforting and a stress-reliever, and that could be better done by checking out some articles on color theory, what colors soothe, what kind of sounds/music would be nice on the ears, and somehow make the game more engaging, because there's not really a lot going on.
