Very interesting game. Good look into the life of a retail salesman. I included it in my compilation video series of the My First Game Jam, if you would like to check it out!

This was great! I've worked customer service for years (although food service, not retail) and a lot of my siblings are in retail so all of this was super relatable to me. I like how you included, not only the awful dehumanizing encounters that happen in customer service, but some of the nicer moments that make it feel more worth it as well. There's always something comforting about sharing the awful stories with coworkers who understand, for example. And the moment with the little girl who likes Star Wars. I've had and heard about plenty of small horrible moments and small wonderful moments.

You did a good job of really capturing what customer service is like.

I like this a lot! I played through it once, using my name and picking choices I would have picked in the situations presented (mostly the most polite or sympathetic option) It didn't always go like I was expecting, but nothing terrible happened so I was glad. It was a really nice little experience and I really like that you asked for the players name at the beginning! That was nice.
