Hello, I'm normyp or Paul and I'm a newish programmer. I'm pretty comfortable with Python and C# but have dabbled in other languages such as JS and C++. 

Experience

I graduated in 2017 but didn't go straight into work as I didn't really enjoy it that much. Now during lockdown, I decided to pick up programming again and it's going well and I'm enjoying it! I want to develop my portfolio and found this game jam and was excited to sign up; however, I don't want to solo the game jam so am now trying to find a team! (I thought we'd automatically be put into teams but it seems not) I've done a few game jams before, one was extra curricular, three were part of my degree.

Hey i'm Steve. im new to this and want to get started with game design but im awful with art,music, and coding. My idea is an top down action game in witch you use your hand witch is a knife that attatched to a chain you can launch foward to attack and preform melee attacks for extra damage. The story is simple.(You're a famous pizza maker) your rival has found a secret ingredient that makes people only want to eat at his restaurant. Sensing foul play you head off to his giant mansion while fight off his goons that dress up in advertising for the restaurant attack you with all the meatball cannons and spaghetti whips they have. My name is Eros (he/him), I'm 20 years old, a student of musical composition for a few years and of sound design these last few months.. games have been a part of my life since young and I'm looking to finally make something great (or have fun trying to)!

I'm open to most (if not all) game concepts and ideas.. though I can't really help much with coding, I do know a bit of iteration and implementation through FMOD (if there's enough time) to save you guys some coding stress when dealing with the audio.
