Anything you want to say to players before they play?
read the instructions before playing, on the itch game page. It seems complicated, but after ~10 plays, you should be able to get in the groove!

Challenging game! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)
The opening stories were good! but I just don't understand on how to play it...
Damn, for something so simple that music really gets into your head! I'm going to be hearing that damn monkey in my sleep.
This was a neat little game. It only took me three or four attempts to pick up the idea (to be fair I'd had advanced warning by watching streams of people butchering their first 20 or so attempts!), but after that I was able to continue pretty much indefinitely. I'm not sure exactly what you could add, but it would increase the replayability if there was some way to scale up the difficulty later into the game.
This is a fascinating concept. The timing on it feels a little weird, but it's overall entertaining!
What is this. SO HARD
WHY ? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE????
Once you get the mechanics it's not so bad. The monkey section is the best, straight up... GET IT?
Great work, once again!
Why does this not have more ratings/comments? This is an amazing game guys. It takes a while to learn the pattern but once you get it, you kinda want to go full on to see how long you can survive. It is not a difficult game, let me break it down: there are 3 tunes and you need to react accordingly after hearing one. Tune 1: left, 2: right, 3: hold/release space bar. It is as simple as that, yet it is so addictive I kept wanting to get a higher score. Better in-game tutorial would be really nice, or as I said to you earlier, introduce one mechanic at a time. Turn left-right first for several measures and then climb. The music was perfectly synced, and seeing this actually reminds me that I should put your name in the credit of my game for helping out with the technical issue haha. Again, great entry and I dig this game a lot! Good job pulling it off in 2 days!
