The game loads in R-Rated (true to the movie) version but it is possible to switch to PG-13 from the title screen if being played by the younger Die Hard fans.

Really fun! good job, I played a lot more lifes than I though I would. Addictive! ;D
A hilarious take on the movie! Graphics and gameplay are on par and it was pretty fun to play. Well done!
As soon as Hans started falling off the building and the game kicked in, I laughed my ass off.
Great work on this one. The only thing I can suggest is making the fires more distinct, as they were a bit hard to see on the way down.
Hey, I got hit by a limo.. Oh wait, I was dead already. But I died rich and with a style!
Overall it is a nice take on the scene. Simple and elegant.
One note though. Don't know is it possible on Pico-8 or not.. sometimes it is hard to see goodies as skyscraper background sorta lacks in contrast department.
Oh and another one - how about a 'bounce' mechanic, some windows can have a net or a clothesline - this way fall can become more comedic, unpredictable and replayable.
I know what you mean about the background. Pico-8 is limited to 16 colours so it can be quite a challenge sometimes but I have seen some impressive stuff done with the palette, just need to figure it out.
I like the bounce idea. Could definitely add an extra layer of challenge and more scoring opportunities.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback :)
1250 is my best score. That was so fun! Love that kind of black and sillly humor. It's quite polished too, with menu, music, and... an ending! Coming a bit too early, as it always seems when you're falling a skycrapper. Loved too how all elements nod to the movie: falling money and notes, burning windows, the limo below (poor Argyle!). The inclusion of PG-13 had a meaningful impact too, just like so many movies ;) !
Loved it! Got me laughing through everything, from premise to execution and composition :D
Real gem here :D
Not at all what I expected from reading the title, but it is awesome. Do wish ya coulda had some more room to make the text slightly more readable. but that's nitpicking. Really good.
That intro is really great. So festive! Overall a great concept well executed.
I love the chip tunes rendition of Ode to Joy. I also love how tightly focused it is; you managed to get something not just playable but actually pretty fun out of just a few seconds of the movie.
This was so much fun! :D
A well-balanced and re-playable game (best I got was 1530).
The "pixel art" animated intro works really well - he really looks like Hans Gruber!
Great "thumping" take on the classical music.
Congrats!
(P.S. Now I have left a comment.... Ho! Ho! Ho!)
