Make a game in 2 hours at Wonderville in Brooklyn (and online too)!

Each month, we will make short games using simple to use game engines. This is great for beginners who want to make AND FINISH their first game! This is also great for experts who want to flex their skills and meet new people.

The first month, we will be making Visual Novels in Ren'Py based on a random suggestion we will get from Wikipedia. This month's suggestion is to be announced... Visual Novels are narrative based experiences that usually have graphics and text, and are generally linear with some branching plot points. Ren'Py is an engine that uses Python that allows users to easily make downloadable Visual Novels. I also recommend everyone participating in the jam to download Atom, a free text editor, for PC or for Mac.

This event will be streamed online, so people across the world can participate.

Snacks will be available, and Liquid Death drinks will be provided by Liquid Death.
