Although not gives the feel of a complete game, the explored mechanic is really nice. With more polishing like smoother camera transition when changing planets it could be a really cool experience.

Very very graphically appealing.  Excellent use of the asset pack!  Had a bit of a hard time figuring out what to do in regards to reaching the other planets.  I like the circle to help indicate where you will land, good implementation!  I also really wanted to be able to scroll my mouse wheel to pull in and pull out the camera, but these things are kind of hard to get done in a game jam.  Great work overall, would love to see this polished up more!

Overall a fun to play and good-looking game, I'm a sucker for Mario Galaxy so the moment I saw it it went on my to-play list. Loved the pseudo-3D with asset sprites, especially grass, and the low-poly planets. My only issues would be that the camera and controls felt rather janky at times, jumping on enemies felt was tougher than it should and it was easy to lose track of where you were and where you had to go after jumping 180 degrees around a planet only for the camera to do a backflip as you switch planets. Also maybe some optimization issues because my computer does not usually chug this hard.

Very beautiful and cool game! I loved the juicy animations on all the characters!

The game made me a bit motion sick because of the narrow and rapidly shifting camera. If the fov was higher I believe that would help a lot.

It felt really good to jump on the enemies, especially the guy who was shooting out skulls. Thanks for the awesome game!

I was a bit afraid of people getting motion sickness. I wanted to add settings for the camera sensitivity and FOV but couldn't get to it. And I agree with the rapid camera shift. I thought it would be fine but the amount of rapid shift depends on how the camera is positioned and someone who isn't aware of the camera system couldn't exploit it to create smoother transitions. It would have certainly been worth it to add at least some kind of straight lerp. Thanks for playing!

Fun game! I feel like I was in some funky disco galaxy! Great implementation of movement on a small 3d planet! It felt natural!

A couple of nitpicks:

- I do wish there was a smoother  transition when going from one planet to the next. like in mario galaxy when the gravity of one planet overtakes mario vs another.

- I think that tying turbo run to the ability jump to other planets led to some unideal situations where it was hard for me to time the jump to the next planet because I was running so fast.

Great work!

Cool idea. Jumping, movement, and animations were good. Jumping between worlds can be a little frustrating, the camera moves quickly finding a way to smooth out the movements would go a long way I think.

I didn't cared what the objective was.

I just like to run and deviate into the void.
This mecanic with a jetpack would be so fun ahah.

Also i didn't found out what's the use of leveling up lol (didn't needed it just want to jump around)

Fun stuff !

Really cool graphics and colors! I couldn't tell if there was an objective exactly but it was fun to run around in.

It's a pretty unique game. I didn't think anyone could use kenny's 1 bit art pack for such game, that's amazing!
I love the concept and gameplay is fun but I think it needs some more polish. Specially switching between planets is a bit too hard and honestly most of the time I did it randomly.

Wow a very nicely made 3d game, lagged a bit in the beginning for me though (using a low end pc), but the polish was a 5 star for me! I also like the idea of the game, but there was some weird clipping with the colliders. Overall a 4-5 star game, amazing work!

Developer

The colliders for jumping on an enemy are a bit unforgiving. Should tune it better in my next game

Don't worry too much about it! I kinda exaggerated, it only happened once or twice lol. and it was in a pretty random spot where nobody would go to so its fine! Hey, would you mind checking out my game too in the meantime please?
