This is kind of a strange question, bear with me.

For the visuals of my game, I'm using copyright-free images that have been edited to look like pixel art (it's okay, the website I got the photos from gives permission to edit said photos).  

I did not  choose or edit the pictures until the 48-hour period, but the pictures did exist before then.

Does this count as art made during the Jam or after?
