I'm impressed at the amount of content. It was incredibly well made and the art was nice. The heroes did completely stop moving after injuring them a couple times which was a bit sad. 10/10, would grow again.

You had a lot of ideas in about 3 days, it's very good. I think you're one of the most original I found on my tests.
Super enjoyable upgrade-a-thon! As others have pointed out, the balance between resources and the heroes' momentum needs a touch-up. I didn't manage to get the reapers or any souls, and eventually the heroes' progress kept backsliding into the negatives. Setting aside the balance issues however, I could 100% see this on Steam. Solid experience, a fun game, and a job well done!
An amazing concept, the game is really fun and I enjoyed playing it!
My only note would be to try to get the recap screen after each day to stop the animation of the appearing text (to give the option to let it appear all at once) so that it allows it to skip it on input for impatient people.
For the rest, very well done, you deserve a high praise!
I love the theme! Playing as BBEG is always fun. Also theme implementation is really cleaver (5 stars no doubt) and background art is just beautiful. Gameplay is a little lacking, balance is really important in such games. To many recipes need food and gems are almost useless. I did not managed to unlock Reaper, more things were more important. I was able to stop enemies in 2 week and then just pushed them back. There were no feeling of incoming doom (other then my evil plan buahahaha).
I really had fun playing this, but there are some design parts that doesn't work.
PS. Now I want to make my own version of this game :D
Neat game! I really like the strategy aspect of the game. At first it was a bit overwhelming but once you got the hang of it, its very good. I also like the graphics and the background music. Well done!
Apart from the missing tutorial (my solution was to simply click everywhere), in my opinion the text on the signs (before purchasing the various camps) was a bit hard to read.
For balancing I never managed to get to the souls before winning, and the (dark?) gems were way to abundant.
I noticed either two bugs or one bug and an invisible mechanic:
I purchased the town spell but got the enervate heroes spell (though I am not sure if that is only visual, as I won the round after), and I noticed that the spell cooldown was not always accurate, without purchasing the druid upgrade to shorten the cooldown. Not sure if that was some hidden mechanic or simply some bug. On the other hand: "It's not a bug, it's a *feature*".
I would have loved to have some music in the background, but I really liked this game and might play it a few times more, trying out different strategies.
I literally just put out a new version that adds some more tutorial and fixes some bugs (including the enervate heroes/town bug!). I'm gonna be working on balancing the game and squashing some more bugs (like the one that messes with cooldowns) today. Thanks so much for playing and thanks for all the feedback :)
I like the idea, but the gameplay is a little boring and confusing. From the beginning it is not clear what needs to be done. There are not enough sounds and music in the background. The game's visuals are excellent.
I really like it, it's very addictive but needs a tutorial, i was very confused at the begining.
This is a decent game. I played it until the end and I won. It felt a bit too easy, and some purchasables were clearly not worth it, but, it was entertaining. I especially liked the storytelling aspect. Congratulations!
Very nice graphics but a little hard to figure out what to do. I realized I could click on the wizard after a few turns.
How you did such charming artwork and such a complex premise in a short space of time is amazing! Add an in depth tutorial, polish it up a bit and you've got a real winner here :)
I believe a lack of a tutorial or anything explaining what you are supposed to do along with a lack of visual/audio feedback is to the games detriment, though i do see the potential if it was polished.
