Is there a way to go up faster than [digging up and up side then jump] <- repeat ? because it felt tedious.

Really chill music. As some have pointed out, the "A" key didn't work making it quite difficult to play. It was definitely a cool concept and I love the art. Digging 2 squares away seems to be a bug as well.
If you used unity's tile map top make the tiles and then accessed them when clicking you could possibly fix this when doing a check to make sure the tile is < 1 unit away from the player. That is what I have had to do when working with the tile map in this manner. If that is not how you did it, then just ignore me lol.
Still, overall a pretty good game.

As I mentionned in previous comments, I will patch the game for US keyboards.
And concerning your second point about digging 2 squares away : this is not a bug at all :) ! Actually, we made this choice to let the player have a more flexible way of thinking his way through the cave. And for the technical aspect of it, I do use a custom distance detection that allows me to implement lots of detections features, even out of grid or square elements. It might serve in the game in the future, who knows ?

Unfortunately, I didn't understood quite well how I can bring back friends home. You have to be very careful with them on your head and you can "stuck" yourself a lot by digging too much.
One of a good way to get around that would've been to be able to fill the dirt to create staircases and to make your friends stay sticky on your head (but maybe not being able to do other actions than jump and move while doing that).

Well, as you mentionned the whole "carry your friend back home" is quite difficult. It is quite a late feature implemented as our game lacked the "together" vibe. We are conscious of it and changes will be made to have the best version possible of the game.
I really liked the art. As others pointed out, its a little hard to use on a QWERTY keyboard. I really liked the art of the main character. Very cool

Hello ! Thank you for giving the game a try, and the feedback. As for them,
1 - I know about the A key (we do use a Azerty keyboard here so the A key is the Q key for us). Nevertheless, I will correct it before tomorrow.
2 - Yes, it is an intentionnal feature as the exploration is mainly by digging, we wanted to let the player have a bigger range of action.
3 - Thank you, it is not ours (but free use still) but we missed to add the name in the credits, I will definitely patch this so the honors can go to the original creator
4 - The game is the "explore and find your way" type. Otherwise, you have to find your dwarf buddies locked in the map to bring them back at the beginning.
Hope I did answer all of the questions and make sure to play it again during the week. I'm gonna patch most of the issues we encountered.
Management is not very convenient, instead of WASD some unusual buttons. The game looks interesting, but I can not play because of this feature. Can you fix that?
Hey ! You can still use the Arrows key of the keybord instead. We will update the game to fix the movement for US keyboards in the coming days. Stay tuned !
It is inconvenient to press the jump on the arrows - I have one hand on the keys, the second on the mouse for digging. That's the problem
