Brilliant use of the limitation.  I really like the pixel style as well. I can't say it was a lot of "fun" but I think this is one of the best entries I've seen yet- truly great idea. 

(Oh, and I see you didn't make the music but man you chose a great one, it fits right in)

Hah, I think this is a really neat concept. A game where you're intentionally trying to throw a fight is so fitting to the limitation, and it's nuanced enough that you have to play the part correctly in order to lose. Graphics were really nostalgic. Only thing it needed is some classy 8-bit music and crowd sounds! Well done!

A brilliant and hilarious way to implement the limitation. One of my favorite games of the jam so far. It took me several tries to get good enough to beat it. It finally clicked: this is actually a rhythm game disguised as a fighting game!

The visuals are great, reminiscent of all the old 8-bit boxing games. I love the 90-lb weakling you're up against, and the manager who looks like... well... Don Lemon. Very disappointed that there was no sound.

Also, one of the punches (I think it was the jab?) was not too intuitive to respond to.

I love this concept! Losing when you have to make a show and pretend like it's all real is so difficult! The graphics give me huge vibes of Atari/arcade games and i love them! Good game!
