Nice level, I think the controls are tight. I do somewhat agree about hinting about going left, but I don't think it needs to be super obvious. Like at first I restarted to make sure I didn't miss any controls, then I said "okay I probably need to go somewhere else" and it was all good.
I found it funny how it wears the head band in the eyes
I like it a lot. Others said they didn't know you should go left first, but I thought it was pretty clear. I went left and found the ability right away. Wall jumping is REALLY hard, and I honestly hate that the game resets and you lose your ability if you die :( I really like how you have to dash thru the spikey guys, it was stressful in a good way!
Overall I think this is a really solid start to a game!
Thank you for playing and for the feedback.
The checkpoint was an idea I wanted to have more time to implement and the wall jumping was something that I understand is not as polished as it should be, but I wanted this to look like a "demo", so I prefer to put my time in other things.
But I'm taking notes of everything and will work on this as soon as I have time to.
Great game! Mabey make it more obvious that you have to go left.
Thank you for playing and for the feedback, I didn't want people to go right at the start to left, I want them try to go right and discovering they can't so they go back and go left, but now i get that it seens like there is no way there, going to try something to solve that.
Clever, cute and refined!
Thank you for playing and commenting.
This make me really happy.
The bats sat on my head and I couldn't escape lol
Fun game and I like the dash mechanic, makes it feel like it's a close call when dashing under the spike blocks that fall down on you.
Oh, I didn't know it could happen, thanks for alerting me, I'm going to fix this.
Thank you for playing and for the feedback, sorry about the bat bug.
I was about to quit when I found out you have to go back! Hahaha Nice game :)
Thanks, God, you didn't quit, I wanted to give a start really open to show that you can go multiple ways.
Anyway, thank you for playing!
