A very charming game. I liked the art, animation, and music. I wish the shooting sound effect were quieter. I also think that a health bar would have made the gameplay feel more interesting. Really though, this is a very impressive game for a 3 day jam. Well done!
thank you so much! I actually thought the same about the shooting noise so I turned it down, guess I could've turned it down some more. I'm glad you had fun! thanks for playing :)
Amazing game :D
One of the best game jam games I ever played !
oh man that's sweet of you! thank you so much, what a nice thing to write <3
Nice game! Levels had appropriate challenge, but because one couldn't die the game flow was not interrupted even when being hit multiple times. Visuals were great, I especially liked the boss planets. Music and sound effect were good too. Overall enjoyable experience.
One thing you might want to consider if continuing to develop the game, is to add some indicators when the player has been hit. Now for example the lasers went trough the player so the first time I was hit, I though I just barely avoided the laser and noticed only later that I was losing points. Perhaps destroying the laser objects when they hit player would make it visually more clear that the laser actually hit the player. Maybe also make the sound sound effect clearer/louder.
Thank you so much! I don't think I'm gonna keep developing this one, I used it to learn the basics for a bullet hell game. thank you for the notes tho, that's good advice. thank you :)
