Super cool, you totally nailed the look of it. I do think that depth perception was challenging, maybe it's because the camera is directly behind the player. Other than that it feels great to play. One of my favorites!

Its really hard but its really good

Wow! I love this. Could use a little more variety, maybe faster pacing but I really enjoyed this game!

Nice homage to Star Fox. But the game is a bit boring at times. I would be very happy if you would play my game.

Loved it. Took me back to playing star fox as a kid :D

Really nice controls, it felt very nice to play! Some art was amazing as well. Loved the ships and the lasers. I would play a more polished version of this game, great job!

i enjoyed the graphics and gameplay but the walls could have been better(thats only a small nag)

]so did you make it 3d and add some kind of filter????

Developer

Hey Toby_24, thanks for your feedback. May I ask you what do you mean that the walls could have been better? You mean the placement?

And yes, the game was made in 3D and I added a post process filter/shader. If you search for "dither" effect, you will find it. If you are using Godot you can have a look into: https://godotshaders.com/shader/dither-gradient-shader/ :)

umm well the walls kinda stood out from the rest maybe a little more detail, but its fine it was awesome

A nice remake with excellent graphics and a nice riff on the inspiration's music.

I think an aiming reticle would have helped a lot.

Developer

Thanks for playing it. That's definitely on my TODO list for the post jam update. Aiming is one of the hardest parts at the moment. ;)

Well done!

I think the controls feels good and although the concept isn't unique, it is very well implemented with nice visuals and sounds :D

Love the art style and music. The game had a great increasing level of difficulty. Fantastic job!
