Great style and art!
I really like the vibe of the game, with the calming nature sounds and the cute, animal-crossing-like world rotation. Nice job!
Really happy that you appreciated the ambiance! That was really my main goal, from the technical animal crossing-esque world to the feeling of being in nature exploring. Peace!
Quite fun, and impressive technical implementation. Sometimes it is hard to see the food though, because it's obstructed by a tree or something.
Yeah I think you're absolutely right. I bet it's an easy fix, just making trees and bushed between the camera and the player semi-transparent.Thanks!
May I ask how you did the 2.5D? Are you mixing real 3D with 2D?
Fun game, I really liked camera, sprites and concept of walking around 3D sphere
Fun fact, my solution to the spherical world was moving the world instead of the player and just offsetting the ground on a big sphere. This in turn made implementing a smooth camera a very interesting feat. Great to to hear it was appreciated!
Very beautiful game, i'm a survivor! Spherical world is awesome!
Yey, i am a good survivor who eats everthing he sees. Nice graphics, and design. You take the basic mechanic of the survival games and use it for a jam game which is enough for the 72 hours jam. Nice work.
I'm a survivor! I loved how you did the spherical map.
Pixel art looks great! I wish there was a little more to the game though, I filled my hunger bar in a about 1 minute and it seemed like that was it for the experience. Very polished looking and sounding!
Agreed! There's really too much luck to the game, which does not really feel that fun, and the pay off when you succeed is not that great in turn. Thanks for the feedback!
