I think this game would be a lot more fun if there were more planets while having the speed of the planet connection be a lot faster than it is, because it honestly does feel very tedious to connect planets even with the upgrades and it leads to the gameplay loop having a lot of dead air where nothing happens. I think that can be further alleviate by adding soothing background music as well to at least add a sort of relaxing energy to the mundanity of connecting planets. But all in all very good work!
Love a good idle game, and one about expanding across the cosmos, connecting all those distant planets together is a very fun idea.
Very cool concept, would love to see it developed further!
Amazing first game, you should be really proud of it. It had some great polish, like the pause option. I didn't see the connection speed really increase as I upgraded but I was very pleased with the satisfying sound effect when a connection was established
Thank you so much, it means a lot to me!!!
I still have to understand how to balance the game, now the connection speed increases very slowly in the early stages of the game.
Nice idea and cozy game, the sounds are satisfying and you managed well to combine the limitation with the theme.
I've found it a bit too easy to gain money and I think it would've been better if you added letters to display big numbers like K for thousands, M for milions etc...
Also there's a small bug where the money goes negative:
other than that, for being the first game you made in 6 hours it's really good.
P.S. e sei anche italiano :)
Grazie mille!!!
I just update the game and fix the big number problem and other stuff.
A nice little idler game. Not bad at all for your first game in 6 hours. nice work, keep at it
thank you so much! : )
Good concept, but it has very little feedback, which can impact negatively to the feel if the game. The scaling is both too fast and too slow, in that the money grows so fast that in a couple of minutes you can have so much that it no longer fits inside its box, the earnings/s and add satellite cost in particular clipping behind the box to their right. But it is also slow in that there's so little to do you feel like you finished it in five minutes, so you just wait around waiting for things to get done.
As a whole, for being your first game, and especially having been done in 6 hours, it's really good. Have you spent more time, I would've loved to see more feedback like actual satellites orbiting the planet, animations for the other planets, maybe a different one for when they are connected, a line connecting them in a web maybe. Just making the planets bigger and cutting the numbers with "k," "m," "b," and so on would be an improvement.
Again, for the time it took and being your first game it shows promise, and I really like the planet animation.
Thank you for the feedback!
I just update the game and fix the big number problem and other stuff.
I wasn't sure how to use and connect the planets but I managed to earn over $10,000,000,000 each second though! Well done!
Thank you so much!
you have to hold down the planets to make a connection.
this is just a prototype game, if you have any suggestions I will be happy to hear them.
Hmm, I did try that multiple times. Strange.
With some planets it's very difficult to create a connection, so it takes a while to see the progress bar.
Let me know if it works if you try again. : )
I couldn't figure out how to connect the planets and what I was doing. But I can see that the idea was nice.
:D
you can find a small explanation in the info section,
however you have to hold down a planet to establish a connection,
the greater the connection strength the faster it will be to connect
Oh, I didn't know it had to be held. Thank you.
:D
