Are we allowed to make changes to our game page after our submission? Like adding some more screenshots, making a better cover image, etc. I haven't gotten a lot of reviews yet, and I fear that might be because my game page is a bit lacking.

I think editing the games page is fine as long as you don't edit the game itself.
