The clone concept is very interesting, the character is charming, and I like the animations and the visual feedback, not to mention the controls. Hitting enemies definitely feels good, you nailed that.

Surviving wasn't much trouble because it seems that not many enemies spawned at once, and the clones didn't help much. But it's a nice start. It would be great to have objectives, maybe waves of enemies, something to keep the player busy. Good job!

The web version also worked for me, for the record.

Thank you for the feedback and this was my first game jam

The controls and graphics feel nice.

Would be interesting to see some fully fleshed out levels with  this system

Hi. Nice prototype.  I like the graphics, though as others have said, the clones don't do much. For the record, the web version DID work for me. I'm on a PC using Chrome.

So I'm going to reply to you and Le_Z, i probably should have mentioned this but the clones are actually meant to be dummies and meant to confuse the bat into wandering away and think it killed you. So if there a big group of bats and you use the clone they would all like leave.

Interesting. I've never seen an rpg where we can distract the enemy like that. Must have been tricky to set up. Besides dispersing larger groups, another use of sending out a clone could be to give the character time to drink a potion if their health is low.

Nice game and nice graphics,  after the tutorial I got a bit lost but the clone mechanic is really inventive. Unfortunately, even if you tried your best, the clone AI isn't very good, and we finish by killing enemies by ourselves.

There is a lot of potential in this idea and you should think to continue the game, it should be fun.

This is sick! I really like the shadow clone mechanic, I think you have potential for a really fun game here.

I feel that the shadow clones were a bit under powered, but this is an overall great concept and cool game!
