I like the idea a lot for this jam, just found the graphics in general very hard to read. So it was difficult to quickly know what workers wanted what jobs. Some more feedback to the player when inputs are made and things are matched would be good.

The sound was pretty nice. The game mechanics was a bit confusing. What does the circles on the top of each workers mean?

It seems you made your game using Unity but only included the .exe file in the submission.

You need to zip the whole export folder and upload it, otherwise no one can play
