Interesting idea for an RPG!

Too bad that most players I know would do anything to survive and "win" the game.

I really like the setting and the idea behind the player-characters. It's an interesting quandary, being a semi-immortal being who depends on a life-giving star that may have other life depending on it. This goes into the category of Morality Questions: is there enough X to drive you to be a different creature in a given situation? What kind of monster are you? What are your higher-self actualizations and will you bend to them or ignore them?

And if you're stuck, just do a Harvey Dent coin-flip. Easy enough. :P

I can see where you had trouble coming to a consensus on the best way to resolve a dispute. I don't think there is a best way, in this kind of game. It would really come down to the Need To Survive, wouldn't it. Yeah, except for the "leave the decision to chance" part, this is super great.

I think the coin flip should be for the Viewer(s) to determine if there is enough sentient or potential sentient life to require debate.
