these games were among the very first ttrpgs/larps i had ever seen that made me realize games are rituals, that games can create spiritual space and facilitate transformative healing. these works are truly groundbreaking.

my reaction here is necessarily personal. i have you to thank, in large part, for everything i have created since the first time i encountered them, and for the positive turn my life has taken in the wake of deciding to internalize what they teach.

i still haven't played any of them. they are too powerful. i'm blown apart and put back together just in reading. i hope to be able to play them sometime in the near future. but regardless, i will recommend them to everyone.
