Loved to play this type of game, the design and map were very cool as well. It was just unfortunate that you can't aim up or down.
I really enjoyed the style of this game, and if felt good to play. Nice Job!
The Doom feel was cool to see and the cheats were well implemented. I did get bugged in a few checkpoints. With a bit of music and polish this could be great. Good job.
The game looks really nice and so do the enemies. I like the use of the cheat limitation and it feels really cool to just zoom across the void below. The only problem I had was not being able to look up to hit enemies above me. Overall, very well done!
I liked the doom aesthetic and the cheats were fun, only one thing the checkpoints on falling of the game are bugged so i ended up progressing even though I had fallen of the level

Glad to see you enjoyed our game! There were many issues you came across that will be taken care of soon, like missing tutorials and confusing corridors so thanks a lot for the feedback!
You can just bhop away from enemies with speed hack. Cool nostalgia!
Super cool how you were able to capture the iconic look and feel of Doom!
Very impressive graphic style. I have not played DOOM myself but I've seen several videos and I like the idea behind it. Adding some tunes would be a nice touch!
Great Concept and Game On!
This is really impressive
I liked it! The platforming with the speed hacks was a little brutal, and it felt strange to not be able to look up to kill flying enemies.
Also the information you shared in the comments put on the project page of what the stuff on the bottom right does would be super helpful!
Overall great. I feel like at some point it becomes a game of guessing. I am probably super dumb cause I never managed to get more than three cheat codes. Also, maybe that's just me, but the platforming section over the abyss was totally undoable for me unless I went fullscreen. I think that's just the problem of mine, no worries here.
The up and down movement of the walk got a bit dizzying after a short while, I think it could be less exaggerated. I'm not sure what the two values on the bottom right corner are; they seemed to go up when I picked up enemy drops, so maybe one is points? But what's the other value? It would be nice if that was explained somehow in the beginning of the game. I also hit a dead end after a point and didn't know what to do from there (is that the end of the game, or do you need a cheat code to proceed?). The pixel art style in a 3D environment was really cool tho, and the fighting was quite fun! I'd try it again if I knew how to proceed.
On the red level you're supposed to kill specific enemies and backtrack to see new open parts of the level, sorry it wasn't clearer. The numbers on the bottom right are your ammo, and sorry for the dizzying head bobbing, thanks for the feedback!
Ok, finished the game! Maybe I just suck at FPS, but that HEAL cheat was a lifesaver. It would be nice to place checkpoints when you die bc restarting the level from the very beginning was kinda brutal. Running across the platforms with the speed cheat was loads of fun, although it was technically not necessary bc jumping off the platform towards your destination respawns you at your destination HAHA. Lastly, the floating eye enemies were kind of a pain bc at some point they floated high enough to become unshootable; it would be nice if they only went up to a point where the player can still shoot them. Overall, it was a really enjoyable game with cool aesthetic! Great work!
