Wow that was harder than I expected! I got the 1st ending fairly quickly, but took many tries to get the second ending. I think that the hitbox for the familiar is larger than the star seems to suggest. (But I'm not great at bullet hell, so take that with a grain of salt)

The artwork was nice, and I enjoyed seeing the two endings. It's a short game, but it's a game jam so that's to be expected. I could see this being expanded if you added more story and enemies to encounter. Nice work!

I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing; It says I can attack either side, but I haven't been able to figure out how to attack either. I just kind of sit in the middle, try to dodge bullets, and die.

The game also broke HDR in Windows 11, which is weird, but probably more the fault of the latter.

The idea here is simple yet good. You are being attacked from western and eastern at alternate times. You can attack the magican girl or the demon. The art is fine the parallax is also good and the music is a fun theme.
I think the game would benefit from a smaller hitbox. Hard and unfair but for some reason I kept hooked until I finished both. The game just ends going to desktop.

Played but couldn't beat. (I am really bad at shmup) Wish there were second chances. But I thought the idea was very creative and out of the box! great job with the game. Loved the art too.

I like the game concept about reflecting enemy bullet, and the idea of picking side in the middle of a battle. But the difficulty of this game is really hard. The character hitbox is too big but the reflect hitbox is too small. Also, the character can't move when triggering the reflect ability, and the reflected bullet doesn't auto-aim the enemy. And sometimes the bullet hell is too dense, it's impossible to get the reflectable bullet without dying, or simply dodge.

So I feel it requires lots of luck to win the game.  And ... is it me or the game directly quit when winning?
