I liked coot's character model!
Thank you!! I'm not the best at modeling but it means a lot! <3
The biggest issue with this game is the camera. Subtle mouse movements adjust the camera drastically which makes it hard to control the character. If you reach a checkpoint and fall off of a high platform, you also have to kill yourself to respawn at the top which is kind of annoying. Maybe add code so that if you fall below the checkpoint location it automatically respawns you at the checkpoint.
Fun graphics and music though, and I think the concept could be really fun with a few improvements!
Yeah I kinda had to rush the checkpoint system at the end, also I didn't really get to fine tune the keyboard controls. Thank you for the feedback though!
Graphics is good! It would be a great game if the control is improved.
I'll try making the controls a bit better, if you don't mind me asking did you play on mouse and keyboard or gamepad??
Very difficult to play, and control systems are not refined. Also the video was stuck on a certain screen size to the play area was very tiny to me.
Thank you for the feedback! If its ok to know did you play on mouse and keyboard or gamepad?
Model and animation are real nice! The game definitely requires patience to get through given how small the platforms are which I like in platformers. I would have preferred lower camera sensitivity though the acrobatics Coots did during jumping were enough to keep me engaged. Solid work!
Thank you! I didn't really have the time to tune keyboard and mouse controls sorry about that (o-)ゞ
