Themes
I ended up choosing "The Main Mission Is A Sidequest" which helped me figure out the premise of the game. Especially because this was my first game I've ever made so it helped in the initial stages.

Tools
I used Unreal Engine 5. It's not the most ideal engine for 2D Top Down Pixel Art games, but it was the first one I started testing out and I didn't want to start over in my learning of an engine to do this Jam.

Lessons
I learned how to actually package a game from Unreal and Publish a game on Itch.io. There are some interesting things that happen in the final executable file that didn't happen in my playtest inside of UE5, so this is good to know for future games and game jams that testing through a packaged file will possibly be better to test with.

Nice graphics but does not conform to the4 64x64 resolution limitation.

I don't know if it's a bug or what but after talking to NPC and killing one slime nothing else happens in the game. Anyway, I would like to say that music and graphics are very pretty but from gameplay side - there is nothing.
