Awesome game ! Challenging and smart ! Congratulations !

Hey! I made a top ten video of the games from this jam. (Spoiler alert, this game is in it)

If you like the video, please feel free to share it :)

Check it out!

Pretty challenging! It I must admit the stage with 3 passcodes was a bit too hard and I did end up bailing out. The use of screen wrapping was really awesome and added a whole extra layer of puzzling which made the resolution feel like it went further. Great job!

Your game has potential, but the passcode riddles are too hard. It's irritating that I mostly have no idea what the passcode could be. "Action levels" (those where you mustn't get killed by enemies) are fun, but I didn't like "riddle levels" (those where you only have to guess the passcodes) and I skipped them. But then, I met a bug - in the level on the picture, the PgUp key didn't work and the PgDn returned me to the previous level. Please, could you help me? What's the passcode on the door that I'm standing in front of?

I recommend you to make the riddles easier next time. Otherwise, good job!

By the way, the lack of music in the game isn't a big problem because it's a sneaky game, so the game can be silent. Don't worry about that you didn't put any music into CyberHack 63!

Thanks for the feedback! A couple of hints for the passcode levels:

  • First passcode level: brute force.
  • Second passcode level: do a Google search for what the two hint disks tell you.
  • Third passcode level: this is a tricky level, but basically use a combination of brute force and what the hint disks say.
  • Note that you should never need to brute force more than one digit of a passcode.

> But then, I met a bug - in the level on the picture, the PgUp key didn't work and the PgDn returned me to the previous level. Please, could you help me? What's the passcode on the door that I'm standing in front of?

SPOILER: It's not a bug, and you don't need to know the passcode to that door :). Use the yellow/illuminated area as a guide to see where you can walk to.

Oh, thanks for the hint! With your hint, I was able to break the second passcode level (error) and to finish the last level (where I got stuck previously). But I still have one problem - I didn't figure out the third passcode (what does NN; N=; num locks mean?).

the passcode is "44", because there are 4 locks :^)

Good job.

Love the aesthetic. Presentation is great. I found the puzzles o be tricky, and I was fumbling around on my keyboard a lot. I got "not-pron" vibes from this, for the old folks around here.

Liked the palette of the game and the idea. The lighting/shadows effect was nice and super interesting when solving the labyrinth. The passcode game and tips were cool too.

I love and hate this entry :D

Jokes aside, I played it all and I appreciate how impactful simple graphics can be. Had lots of fun just bumping into stuff also, because, why not? Great job.

5/5 across the board. This game is super fun and has really neat mechanics. Loved it.

Straight fire, really like the aesthetic, the light functions and for some reason, booping into walls was really satisfying :D

Got stuck on 7 and I think I know what I’m missing but don’t want to spoil :D
