The randomised tile placement is a fun mechanic which leads to an addictive game loop.

However, it also leads to this situation where I had nothing but trees for many tiles in a row, filled up all the spaces with trees, and got game over with almost no score.

Perhaps a way to make the chosen tiles play nicely with the current placed tiles? Because in this case there was nothing I was able to do correctly with only trees, with no possible places to connect 3 trees together. I guess I was unlucky for the whole map though.

After I read the comment about the random tile placement, the game got so much more fun. I thought it was purposefully trying to mess me up. That's on me. This is a very well crafted puzzle game. It's extremely addictive. The art is nice and the vibe is very laid back. Great job!

Managed to get 6065 on my 3rd go. Is the little skyrise the last one or is there something beyond it? I don't recall even though it was 20 seconds ago, but I think I had 2 of those,;1 by trying, and the other by luck as I got a couple of the big houses to play straight up.

Very nice game!

Nice little isometric puzzle game, well done!

I now hate myself for how stupid I am. 10/10 would place again

Good job, it's quite entertaining.

This was fun and surprisingly challenging. It is definitely a game I will return to after the Jam.

this is so awesome.

This was quite fun! It took me a few times before realizing that the tile you place changes every so often. But once I did I was hooked! Nicely done!

Got a score of 2305 after 5 tries. Game looks great with the isometric tilemap. However, sometimes I got confused thinking tiles are also connected diagonally.

The game is very enjoyable and it is satisfying to see how everything builds up. It’s sometimes a bit frustrating when you are very far but then get about 5 trees in a row and lose…

Other than that, I really like this game.

This is a thoughtful merge game, placement really matters. My strategy was putting tiles in two different edge place while keeping merged ones in the middle. It is fun to strategize.

Very satisfying game loop. Had a lot of fun!

This is super addidctive. Very well crafted idea. Not sure how sometimes the first unit placed on an empty green tile is a tree (level1) or a tiny house with a fire (level2) which messes up my game. Oherwise great game :]

Thank you for playing! The next tile you can place is randomized with each turn and indicated in the top left corner

Great game, played for about half an hour, barely stopped.

Very addicting. I reached cities before I got stuck. Great game!

Thought this would be a nice, chill game. I'm screaming cause I placed a red house in between two trees and ruined my run. Fantastic Game, 10/10 /gen

It took me 20 minutes to reach cities and get 2540 points: Overall, it's an addictive game, an easy 5 stars for gameplay.

It's simple but it's pretty fun and challenging, my best score was 2940. I think having the water be in random spots was a really good idea because it makes the area you have to work with each time just a little bit different so it stays interesting.
