Very pleasant experience!
I throwed the water pot to the lake by accident though... XD
I did not read all the controls and rules beforehand so I was a little bit lost at first.

Did you work in a team?
Yes, three members:
Michael - Programmer
Yiting - Programmer
Ethan - Art, Music, and Sound
Was the resolution a challenge?
We love low-res
What did you learn?
Michael learned more about developing in Godot and making a cohesive game with many moving parts.
Yiting learned about generating plants in Godot.
Ethan learned about connecting games, simple and straightforward is more fun. Regarding the art, you can always make things a little bit better, but you never have to make them worse.

It did look amazing and I loved the colours (though it didn't stick strictly to the 64x64 limitation).
Lovely game, very cozy and chill. The overall art and color palette is so pleasant, but it's a bit hard to distinguish how the plant is doing. The music is beautiful, and watching the plants grow with felt quite good. Although the transition to night with the pitch change felt jarring, my suggestion would be to split into two versions, using the first part for day and the piano part for night making a smoother transition.
WHAT an adorable game. I love the concept and aesthetic, its a neat little package. However whenever I tried dropping my plants, they kind of vanished instead :,)? I don't think my customers will be happy that I vanquished everything they gave me haha
Looks very cozy but several issues led to me being unable to really sink my teeth in and play it, the most major one being that putting down a plant anywhere indoors besides a table / a ray of light would cause it to up and vanish. With no audiovisual feedback to this I am left to assume it is a bug, and one that leaves me with some trepidation on caring for plants at all with a fear that they will merely vanish as i misplace them. Other than that the game looks in depth and relaxing. In terms of visuals they give a very cozy vibe, although several elements use rotations and less-than one pixel movements that break the 64x64 grid. The sounds are also very nice and the music is a great soundscape that really sets the mood (although the bell could stand to be a touch more noticeable)
Gorgeous soundtrack and pixel art. I agree with the other comments that the watering feedback is a bit confusing, otherwise it works well :) I did notice you can climb the ladder much higher than it actually is. You seem not to be limiting yourself to the 64x64 px grid too much, since there is smooth movement and some pixels do appear to be a bit stretched or offset. Here's a good guide on how to setup Godot for LOWREZJAM for the next time: https://darenn.itch.io/lueur/devlog/410362/how-to-setup-godot-for-lowrezjam
Very smooth gameplay, I love the animations how the character moves his legs. it is hard to water brown plants because they are brown and become more brown when not enough or too much water. Music is great too.
Great relaxing game, something to enjoy after a work day
Very cozy, love the art style, and honestly i could find myself just sitting playing this all day :) great job!
Very relaxing. I can see this becoming an addicting little game. Loved the music!
Relaxing, well made! I got too many plants at once to take care of and couldn't tell which plant to give to who. Quite buggy as well.
Cute! and calming :) I think I was doing it right, certain pots liked certain windows, and then your friend comes to take theirs away when its healthy? Let me know if i missed something ill come back :)
Thanks for playing, just added these instructions to the page for clarity:
Forest spirits will come by either to drop off or pick up their corresponding plant. When they arrive, they will ding the bell outside the daycare. The plant that is in the daycare when you spawn is your personal plant. It was created differently in the way that it grows is procedural, although still based on the same stats described below.
Plants each have three stats which are displayed visually:
