It's great! I love the art and the soundtrack

Fun to play, ran out bullets fairly quickly and was basically in trouble each time. Very ambitious for this time frame!

Perhaps a bit too great for a jam game, in terms of scale. With all those resources and mechanics to keep track of... I'm curious as to what all these nice-looking systems could look like with some playtesting and balancing, maybe keeping the effect of luck in check. I ran out of bullets and ran into a few combat encounters and died of running away within 4 encounters of starting.

The sights and the sounds are absolutely on point though.

Beautiful game. Great use of the constraint.

There's so much more to this game than I would have guessed from the first screen. I did manage to get through one combat scene.

I do wish the combat were more strategic. I did seem haphazard firing shots at the enemy. Their shots were just as random as mine, and so it didn't feel like I could get much of an advantage over them.

Good job. A lot of different mechanics, big world, and cute pixelart. Good use of the screen size restrictions.

But I couldn't feed the main character, soon there was no water, and I had no idea what to do if I wanted to prioritize fixing the food/water situation.

And weird thing - I have no fuel, so I waited. Raid triggered and the game glitched so I could move around on 0 fuel (checks the game title... Oh I get it) And then I ran out of food. And my health was negative but I could still move around the map. But the next encounter with raiders I instantly died.

Thank you!
Hmm, probably I'll update the mechanics so that there will be more methods to deal with it
and I'll investigate the problem
I appreciate your feedback and report!

Great game :)

I spent way too long playing this...I almost got to every location but couldn't figure out how to heal myself...haha. loved the chill vibe to it. is there an inventory you can access? great job with the limitation uses

Developer

Wow, thank you! ^^
You can press the space key to open the menu while travelling and select 7:Use Items and use stimulants or medkits or select 6:Stop to rest

I think this was a nice idea - but was overly complicated for the space to work with. I also think a clearer goal would have helped drive direction. Art and music were superb though!

You have cholera.
Oh, okay then.
2 minutes in.
You have dysentery.
OH COME ON.

You did great with the art. Had a nice feel and the combat was really fun.
