Did you work in a team?
Just me doing everything. Game jam are always fun. Though i decided to try a new game engine that i only worked on for 1 week before. Soo lots of learning time!

Was the resolution a challenge?
My only issue is with font that would not display the same on the build vs on the scene view. I have my font double size but scaled by half.. and for some reason that works.

I like the physics bowl and the UI is clean. But I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing in this one. They're asking for ingredients, I supply the ingredients, and they're still sometimes unhappy? Or just meh about the whole situation. Is there some other criteria for making the customers happy?

"Oh, crap, I added a piece of the wrong cheese. Maybe I can just... flood it out of the bowl with the right cheese?" A massive tower of cheese later: yes! Yes, you can.

"Oh, crap, ship it! Ship it before the whole thing collapses!" The customer, being delivered a pile of poutine that's half out of the bowl: :D

Loved this.

hahahahaha, my exact tactic. It's in the client's hand, it not MY problem !

A cute little service game.  It wasn't very challenging but games of this genre usually aren't.  The art was adorable and a good use of the limited area.  I do wish there was some music though just to set the mood a little bit.  Good game!

Thanks ^_^ .

I started doing a music for the game but i didnt like it. I need a bit more practice to make stuff that is adequate.

That was fun, and I love the sound effects! It took me a while to figure out what I was supposed to do though. A bunch of icons suddenly appearing was a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't really tell what any of them were. But then again, I'm not really familiar with poutine.

I think this would have been more fun if there was some sort of scoring system, or at least some stats at the end of each day.

Btw putting 64 on the title is kinda cool. Kinda wish I thought of it lol.

Thx  a lot :).

Yea being my first game on Godot, I had issues some stuff that made it longer to just do the game. My roomate though that one of the fries was bacon 🤣, as if 5x5 pixel is NOT enough to guess what stuff is?

There is a scoring system, though I only show it when you lose. It would have been a good idea to show it each day :O!

Next year, you can use 64 at the end too. I was just scared that i would make people think of nintendo 64, but meh, good enough!

This was fun! I liked the physics. part of the fun for myself was trying to guess exactly what goes in Quebec poutine? lol

hahah thx, Are you implying that 5x5 pixel is not enough to guess food?

Here is the list:

  • Long fries, wedge fries, mashed fries
  • Regular cheese and vegan cheese (well .. other color cheese)
  • Gravy and vegan gravy
  • Peper, red thing ( some kind of hot peper maybe), mushroom
