I really like the mood of this game: the characters are very unique and have a lot of personality, the humor is omnipresent and, despite the political/social/moral choices, everything is still kind of cute. The music is well chosen too (surprisingly varied for the scope that the game has) and fits well with what is happening.
About the story and gameplay, I’m not really sure what to say or how to say it without spoiling too much, but I’ve played the game three times (one for the good ending and other two just to read all the dialogs and experience the different choices) and the time when I’ve come to appreciate the game more was after my second playthrough (doing things in the worst way possible), because that has allowed me to see how my actions in my first playthrough actually had a impact on the outcome. It’s a shame that that mechanic is kind of invisible if you only play the game once, but it’s quite nice.
I'm thinking of something negative to say in order to make a constructive criticism, but it's tough. To me, this is one of those games that I personally wouldn't consider a highlight, and yet they are still quite satisfying to play and very rounded in general. Good job. =)
P.D.: that Getty Images segment... Please. xD
P.P.D.: punk will never be dead.
Congrats for this game! I love the art and I think that it is a funny way to approach the jam topic.
Beautiful game! The beginning was so frustrating, I needed sometime to see that everything I said would be wrong haha. I like how you enfocated it, needed to talk with the different citicents in order to learn what has happened and get better, “trying to stop the collective madness”. Congrats!
