That was an amazing game ! :D

Really enjoyed playing the game and solving puzzles <3

i love the idea of scaling up and down ! :D

Brilliant game idea and amazing game !

i was able to finish the entire game to the final text where it says thanks for playing <3

The idea is super cool I love the game! I think most of the people will just be amazed!

Love the ideia! Really fun! Simple ideia and perfect presentation! Congratulations!

Great job! This is my first game jam as well. I liked the mechanic of removing blocks, especially where it would prevent you from finishing the level, like in the "is the switch a lie?" level.

I can hardly believe this was your first jam :O. The game is awesome. Fun and interesting mechanic and polished visuals and audio. For the future I can imagine more puzzles where you push bigger objects or punch rocks with the larger version just like in Mario ^^

Really cool game with a great concept, i enjoyed it

Clever concept, great execution. The jumping feels a bit floaty, otherwise, very well executed!

Superliminal but 2d! Great and clever mechanic well done!

Really clever concept. I liked all the branching paths and how much content was in the game!

I do think it's a little too simple though. There's not much nuance to growing and shrinking, you grow to jump higher and shrink to go through tight spaces. The levels were all really straightforward and lacked some challenge imo. Pretty good game considering the time though!

Thanks for the feedback! I think you're right, I was starting to run out of ideas for levels using just the base mechanics lol. Maybe having some additional mechanics that depended on size would make levels more interesting and challenging, like from Séb's comment. If I expand this game in the future, I'll definitely keep this in mind!

This was excellent! I loved the take on the theme and I couldn’t put it down until I had completed all of the paths! Really good job, would love to see more, as well as some expanding on what the different size states do (e.g. maybe small can run across surfaces big can’t, or big can push things)

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing, and that's a great idea I didn't consider; the only thing I thought of was just that your jump height depends on size, but I like the idea of having abilities only small or big versions can do. That would be really cool, thanks for the feedback!

I like the game, very good to be a first game, the machanic of growth is perfect, the amount of levels perfect, i really like it.

But, the only neggative thing that i found is that game dont adheres to much to jam theme.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

On the note of the jam theme, my interpretation was that you're "exploring" different levels, since there are some levels with more than 1 goal. So you can play through the game, then replay some levels to find goals you didn't take and play through new levels.

Another way I looked at it was that with the growing/shrinking mechanic, you can explore different parts of the level that require you to be that size. Hopefully that makes sense, I probably should've mentioned it explicitly in the description or somewhere else.

Oh, I see, in that case it adheres very well, sorry for that

Fun concept and loved the branching paths!

Cool concept! Loved the mechanic and the fact you can trigger different endings to advance on different paths. Great job!

Really cool concept! Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Very nice concept and amazing controls! Liked it!

Submitted(+1)

Hands down my favorite so far. Great controls (a little floaty like mentioned elsewhere, but still very playable), excellent growth/shrink physics. I really want t o try my hand at making something like this now!

Developer

Glad you liked it! Yeah I think the concept is pretty cool, definitely a lot of ways to come up with level ideas if you want to try your hand at it

Love it fr. I finished all paths :D

Submitted(+1)

nice concept for a game! controls felt a little floaty but has a very intuitive game loop, i enjoyed the exploring of different paths ;)

Developer

thanks! Yeah, looking back the jump is probably a bit floatier than I would've liked. Probably could've tweaked the gravity a bit to be heavier, but thanks for the feedback!

Awesome mechanic, really fun to play with!

woo, Nice GamePlay. Changing size changes jump height.
