Game was really cool! On my 2nd playthrough I just dashed straight to the boss and defeated him! Is that a WR??? LUL
Really liked having a skill tree! Didn't expect to see that! Awesome work!
great entry made me really feel like a hero! I felt sorry that townsfolk randomly got summoned to their death but sadly after a few sacrifices I was super powerful :D. great game.
What a cute looking entry. Love these kind of games.
The artwork is great and the world you get to explore is beautifully modeled and is great fun to explore. Spent a long time just exploring the world and really enjoyed getting lost in your world.
Brill game.
Oh man.. this is so good. Great work. I kept getting nerfed by the ranged dudes lol, really enjoyed it. Seemed very cohesive, lovely aesthetic, great work man, well done!
This was so well polished and put together! Very cute & cozy feeling. Mechanics were done very well & enjoyed playing through it! I did miss the dungeon (And the castle) a few times but chat kept me informed!
Excellent work!
Love the graphics. Very well made game. The combat is fun too. I died too easilyt but that could be a skill issue on my part :)
You start with only 1hp, intended for high risk/reward style of play! But I think we missed the mark on communicating it.
Cool game but couldn't make the boss everytime I arrive there I get killed during the cut scene TT_TT
uhh.. oops... you shouldn't aggro the mobs if you come in up the left paths and it should be fine to enter the room...
AMAZING!
Tried doing my first run without the skill tree or getting damaged. It was going well until I encountered the first ranged enemy... I didn't expect that! I gave up on that idea and just dashed around them like Bullet maxing my speed and damage from the back.
Very nice, I liked it! The voices were great :D
I Quite liked the combat system, very good job :D
Very fun game. Love the skill tree. Would have been nice to have a rotating map. Great job!
I enjoyed every second of playing this!
Important Highlights:
I never even got to the magic, I just stocked up on shield and movement and explored! Fantastically done in a two week period, very nice!
Did you encounter the prince of gloom in the castle?
I did and got him real good!!
Very nice work! Skill tree implemented! That's a lot of work right there. Really good combat system for a jam game. In the boss fight I seemed to stop taking damage eventually, but that was alright with me, haha! :D
Great job overall, and congrats on finishing a game!
Congrats for the awesome entry! Map was a little difficult to navigate, but the skill trees and combat variety are fantastic. Kept me hooked and I managed to down the Prince with shade dash + melee. Tons of fun!
Good job dude! I maxed out movement tree + block 1 attack + regen and i was able to defeat the gloomy boy!
Amazing entry, ton of content already!
amazing fantasy game setting with cool graphics and actual skill trees amazing amazing. *teleports behind skelleton* nothin personal bones
Thank you, very glad you enjoyed it :D
Love the quality of the game and how well it runs in the browser. It’s very intuitive, easy to learn and fun to play. Love the character design, it feels polished, well balanced and it is addictive. Kudos for the people behind this game, they did a great job!
Thank you for those kind words. Very glad you enjoyed it.
This is super impressive for a 2 week jam. Enemies are well designed, I like the theme implementation, it gives real "the hero is not a person, its a philosophy" vibes. The dash mechanic is super fun xD I loved dashing through the map. It also runs REALLY well in browser for a 3d game.
Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed it :D
I’m impressed by how well it runs in a browser. Even those baked lights in the boss castle. Well done! Very satisfying “hint on enemy attack” and dashing mechanics. Poor people - hope chooses them to die to never die. =)
Thanks! We're glad you enjoyed it! We wanted to keep the tone light while having a darker take on the Chosen One and Hope tropes.
Super fun little adventure! Thanks for letting me help with some graphics.
