Hello LDG fans! Get your tiger hats ready for another fun filled month long JAMUARY GAME JAM!

Firstly my apologies, last year's game jam was mismanaged. I didn't give any of the prizes I promised, and didn't even announce a winner. This year will be different.

Now that that's out of the way, let's get down to business. This year's JAMUARY, like all other years, is pretty loose - feel free to make any game you want, the purpose of JAMUARY is to encourage us to just get out there and make something with all the deep passions we have for the craft of making games!! I personally love game development. It is such an incredible thing to me that we can sit down and create worlds with just the tips of our fingers. Use this jam as an opportunity to unleash your passion, to pretend if only for a moment that the world is beckoning you to pull all your skills and talents and hard work together to create your masterpiece! Or at least a piece of that masterpiece, I mean it is only a month... It's true game development is hard, but as a wise man once told me, "That's okay because we can do hard things". I cannot WAIT to play the amazing games you all will create!
