I quite liked it, felt like one of the few complete games of this jam, and the fact you made everything is quite impressive, but the double jump mechanic and not being able to figure out how it works almost made me quit before finishing, and I tried everything, waiting until the ball was at the highest point, after it made a beeping sound, in the end got through the entire underwater level with no idea as to how it worked and only by just spamming clicks with my mouse.

And the winner of Interstellar Game Jam 5 is!? Yeah, it's Evaluated. Congratulations on totally sweeping it! This game I would pay for as is. You should know, that I plan to steal your idea and make money on it, because it's absolutely brilliant. You have captured the very essence of great gameplay as a concept with Evaluated, everything here has weight and is oh-so-satisfying when you figure things out and I just want to play this all the time now.
Hands down the best game I have played in this Jam and at this point I've played almost all of them. Great job!
Highly immersive atmosphere, the music creates a sense of tension, the graphics are beautiful and blend perfectly with the overall experience. The gameplay is challenging but excellent. This game deserves to go beyond the game jam; please continue developing it. 10/10.

Very nice game! had a lot of fun, the double jump was kinda hard but very enjoyable. I loved the ocean part, didn't see it coming. great stuff

The game is absolutely lovely, and I actually really liked the weird movement, although the camera moving along with it maybe felt a little strange at times. Either way, a jam is the right place to experiment with interesting ideas like that if you ask me.
I found some of it a bit tricky, mostly because it took me a minute to figure what I was supposed to be doing. Maybe some tutorializing built into the game itself would work here?
Overall, though, I really dig this. And again, the art is just excellent. Great work!
Really fluid game mechanics, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to get past the broken beam part. I very well might be missing something obvious, I would love to see the rest of the game after that part though if I can get past it!
I wouldn't have known about the underwater double jump if not for the comment on the main itch page. Otherwise awesome! As others have pointed out this feel similar to Inside or Limbo. I think the double jump could easily be fixed by having the ball light up (orange, let's say) and make a sound when you can jump. That way the mechanic is introduced on it's own. Also make it less punishing as there was no skill involved for me, just buttonmashing, hoping it would work.
The atmosphere really sells it. I love it
If you go back to previous checkpoints they will swap with the latest one.
I'm a huge fan of the movement system and i don't think it's a miss at all.
It's a little hard to see the ball underwater when it's still on the floor, also if i dash spam to the floor underwater i can do an explosion spam effect.
I don't fully understand how the double jump works, but i still managed to win the game.
Got stuck in the underwater level.
Obviously very inspired by Limbo, and the art, sound, and atmosphere is great just like the former.
But I can't say I'm a huge fan of this movement system. The main control being the cursor, which moves the camera, which affects where your cursor is actually pointing makes it really hard to see where you're going (not helped by the camera speed). The puzzles themselves weren't that hard, but the movement system made it feels like more is left up to blind chance rather than the actual puzzles.
This is the best game I played in this jam .The atmosphere and music for the game is amazing.
