Welcome to Indie City Jams!

Indie City Jams is a series of (usually) monthly game jams, hosted in Chicago by Indie City Games! 

Video game and tabletop entries alike are welcome! These are non-competitive, weekend long jams intended for fun, skill development, and also honestly whatever you wanna make just make something. We'll probably stream it once the jam ends.

Schedule

The jam will run from 7:00 PM 02/07 to 6:00 PM 02/09 CST, with games being streamed on twitch after! Join us at 7:00 PM on Discord  for our kickoff and some remote coworking!

While the jam period lasts the whole weekend, we want to reinforce that this is a casual jam and to not burn yourself out! We personally recommend spending no more than 8 cumulative hours on your project. 

Theme

The theme is pretty obviously PIGEONS- optional modifiers are below, as voted on by our kofi supporters!

4:00 PM 02/09- Recommended time to submit your project on itch!

6:00 PM 02/09 - Jam ends!

7:00 PM 02/09 - Streaming over on our twitch!

Rules

• Gore and other more graphic content are acceptable, we just ask that any entries containing particularly sensitive elements be flagged accordingly. 
• No NSFW content.
