Areally funny game and a creative way to use the theme i like it, it's a bit unclear why I sometimes lose

the number wave 1 when the game start is a bit misleading i guess because there is no wave 2 or i am losing so early XD

the technical accomplishment of the game is great I like the art ,music and the dancing of the player

an impressive game indeed

The tutorial will be amazing when we make it! You die the moment a spirit touches your rider, or if 7 zombies are attached. There is no health mechanic. Also there is just the one wave, it was a time thing. Pleased you had a go and liked it. Thanks for the support.

I thought that I will not be disappointed by these guys! At first I jumped into the game and had to come back to the gamepage to understand fully what I need to do, but then I had a blast! It was nearly therapeutic to control the vehicle and just make rounds and rounds hitting stuff and redeeming souls :) Very well made and feels polished, well done for the collaboration!

Thanks. I am pleased you like it. We ran out of time as usual. We have already added a few tweaks for the post jam. It's much improved. Is zombie therapy a thing now?

Was a lot of fun to play, I love how the motor bike handles! The visceral feedback on hitting the zombies was great too, plus I love how the main menu is just the game waiting to start, overall really well made, glad I got to play it!

Thanks. We had to wrestle with time and our availability quite a lot to get it all done. The temptation to overscope was massive. One of the ideas that came along once we got to play test and we immediately had to say a hard no to was : "What about if this was a online multiplayer?" We might come to you for some advice...

I love the combination of riding a motorcycle and a zombie apocalypse, feels pretty unique! The handling of the motorcycle felt good, and it certainly was satisfying smashing into all those zombies. The visual style is great, and it feels like you've used lighting really effectively. The objective was a little bit confusing at first for me, even having read the guide, but as with the other comments after a few tries it became clearer :)

Thanks Duncan. I am really pleased you have seen it. It was a challenge enough to get it done. All three of us went well outside our comfort zone and that left plenty on the to do list. You mean a big circle on the map was not enough? (We know it was not enough)

No problem, and great job! Yes that's it I reckon, I think because the minimap was so full of red points which I think were zombies, it took me a little while to realise that the big blue one was the church - I think you start facing away from the church too so maybe that was another reason I didn't find it until my third try ;)

Developer(+1)

Yes the thought was that you can see it in the title screen, but still the plans for tutorials went out of the window when the level was still not complete on the last day. Scope is hard

Developer(+1)

The zombies are the green dots, people are red and spirits are cyan (to match the Church and yes still not enough either)

The aesthetics and game sounds are so well done ! I just couldn't understand the map at first but after a few tries I understood it quite easily. The spirits staying with us and wanting revenge upon us is a very fun and good idea, even if I could not finish it D:
Good job on this one, it was really fun to play !

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. If only there was more time. So many things we would tweak. The idea was that the spirits are not trying to kill us, they are following passively, just they happen to be deadly. It's not their fault. The zombies are trying to get us but not very scary, the spirits are not, but they are very scary. If we had more time we would have worked on the lore more. We might just carry on with it.

By far the best controller feeling of the game jam, even the ambiance got some polish with the voxels and the lights. Overall you took a scope that you could realize for this game jam, so I just want to say good job. The only sad thing would be to not have generated an html5 build, but maybe you were using some new and unsupported features. And honestly gamepad support would have been the last nice touch for a bike controller !

Developer(+1)

Thanks for your feedback. The Html5 build was something we all decided to not go with having each been burned before in the crunch phase. We had planned for the 49 hour jam and our diaries were pretty full so everything was a bit of a juggle up to the deadline. Html5 felt like the most likely candidate for last minute chaos. We will try it and put it up after the ratings close.
