I think you have the platform for a really good puzzle game here. What I like most about this game is that it really gets the nuances of stealth mechanics right - enemy line of sight and alertness in particular. I like how you've modelled the game around the dartlike weapons that act both as a source of help and of bringing attention to you. This game has a lot of potential with a little more polish!
I don't have much constructive feedback other than perhaps a little more visual variety and the potential for more enemy types or obstacles, which might add some more longevity to the game.

I agree with everything charlmes said..Varying enemy mechanics and sprites can add more depth very easily. I hope there will be a Sequel.
