How does your game relate to the theme?
The player has a weapon with only one bullet, but hitting an enemy instantly reloads the ammo. If the player misses the shot, the reload takes longer. To make the gameplay more dynamic and prevent camping, the game features an energy system that forces the player to move around the map to collect energy. Picking up energy also reloads the weapon. The leaderboard ranks players based on the number of enemies eliminated.

Very polished entry! The gameplay was simple top down shooter fun with tight mechanics. The energy mechanic made me feel like Jason Statham in Crank

Very hard, but quite fun. The ui button hover sound is very satisfying. This feels like a game that rewards lots of practice. Nice work!

I had a lot of fun playing this game.
I suggest an option to skip the timer for replay spamming.
But other than that, the game is great in all aspects.

Okay, The Sound FXs man, so juicy, I love em! Really brings out the game juice! Definitely one of the top three games where I wanted to be on the leaderboard so bad, It does feel a bit difficult but tbh that's just a skill graph, I'm sure If i play/practice enough, I can get to the leaderboard. Well Polished & Complete Game. The game name artwork is good looking too! The concept in execution plays much better than it sounds in theory. So that is on you to make it happen like that, well done on that! 👏 I noticed you mentioned there is some issue with leaderboard but currently all names are of you on the leaderboard so not sure if the issue was resolved or not 😅

Actually pretty decent game - I got up to 67 once I realized I was supposed to actively hunt for the "Energy" pickups.  You have a good foundation that you can easily build on which is nice. It'd be sweet if we could progressively unlock other levels that has us not only have to shoot enemies, but also have to race down some hallway or building and get to an exit. This was fun!

What I liked:

  • Nice animations on the menu buttons, it made the game feel quite polished
  • I enjoyed the ult mechanic - my game has something similar, and I feel this sort of bullet time mechanic alwasy feels great in a fast paced action game
  • I like the design decision to make your ult reload your bullet, I think that was a smart decision
  • I initially didn't like the energy mechanic, but after playing a bit more, I think it was a smart choice to force the player to move around the map

Feedback:

  • It seems that there is some delay between moving your mouse to a location, and having the player aim there. I would have preferred if it were instant
  • Extra juice on kills (maybe freeze or slow down the game for a short period, add extra particles, add a more juicy sfx) would make kills feel more satisfying

Great game, I really enjoyed it! Nice work! I loved the sound when you hit an enemy, it’s almost comforting when you land a shot. But sometimes I kept shooting at the bodies of enemies I already hit, thinking they were still alive, lol. Maybe you could change the color of the ones you've already hit to help differentiate which ones are still alive.

This game is addicting!! got to 69 (nice) while using a trackpad, probably going to come back and go for a higher score using a mouse. Every time I died I got the feeling of "Noooo, that was so close, if I try again I'm sure I can do better", which makes it a perfect scorechaser. Nice graphics and feedback on hits and such. Really well done.

Nice shooter with variaty of enemies. Graphics and environment also look pretty good. Maybe make dashes in the direction of travel, it's sometimes frustrating
