Rules:
1. The game must be rated M and lower.
2. Every game engine is allowed.
3. The game must be 2d. (the Horror 3d game jam starts next month)
4. The platform must be compatible with windows.

You can use this in whatever way you want to.

Making game assets are hard so you can use some premade assets but some of your assets must be your own.
